Product Description
Our company independently developed, in 2015, a fully automated secondary stacking and unstacking system for sintered self-insulating blocks. This system utilizes raw materials such as river and lake sediment, fly ash, coal gangue, and construction waste soil, employing pallets as carriers to achieve single-layer stacking and drying of brick blanks. It boasts advantages including short drying cycles, high product quality compliance, and the ability to accommodate production of multiple product specifications. The annual production capacity reaches 120 million standard bricks. The system comprises several subsystems, including wet blank grouping, upper and lower rack conveying, upper and lower rack machines, pallet circulation mechanisms, mother-and-child carts, dry blank grouping, and robotic stacker systems. It operates fully automatically and seamlessly integrates both primary and secondary stacking/unstacking functionalities within a single, integrated system.
